How To Interview A Realtor

Important Information you need to know.

  • Do you work as a Realtor full-time?

  • How long have you been a full-time agent?

  • Are you familiar with the areas we want to look in?

  • Do you have access to the MLS in the areas we are interested in?

  • Do you own a SUPRA access key for these areas

  • Do you work on a team?

  • What have you done to improve yourself, such as continued education?

  • Will you help provide us with a financial “estimate” or plan to help us make a decision?

  • Will you supply me with a list of references?

  • Where do you rank in the real estate community?

  • Can you suggest a reputable attorney, inspection company, mortgage broker, etc.?
    Will you help coordinate all necessary inspections?

  • Will you attend the closing?
